Quadrupel
The festive brew created for MONYO's 11th birthday is a special quadrupel that complements the traditional strength and depth of the style with an unexpected, playful layer: cantaloupe.
Quadrupel is a Belgian-origin, high-alcohol beer style characterized by a full body, darker color, and complex, dessert-like aromas. The malty base typically brings caramel-honeyed, dried fruit (raisin, date) notes, which become even rounder and smoother with longer maturation.
A rich, deep, warm-toned beer where the soft sweetness of cantaloupe blends gently with the malty background - the finish is long, silky, and mildly fruity. A true birthday dessert, just in liquid form. Limited, festive edition.
