Innovative

Each year, we develop 25–30 entirely new recipes: beers, beer products, soft drinks, and carbonated beverages under the MONYO brand and our partners'. More than half of our product range is renewed annually. We continuously experiment with ingredients and flavor combinations because innovation is a fundamental operational principle for us.

Creativity
When developing our new products, we respect the best traditions of beer and beverage culture, but we do not imitate. Our goal is to create a genuine, individual, and original 'MONYO' character, taste, and aroma experience with unique ingredients, new flavor profiles, and bold combinations. Each new product is a new story - told in its own voice.

Humor
We love working in a positive atmosphere and we showcase this on our labels. Our characters, stories, and visual world are often inspired by our team and our own stories. Humor is not a superficial gag for us, but an integral part of our brand—a reflection of our free and curious spirit. This is what makes MONYO approachable and lovable for us.

We work with modern German and Italian equipment, our own laboratory, and a rigorous internal control system. Additionally, we collaborate with independent, accredited laboratories to ensure quality and food safety. Our goal is simple: every box and every cup should represent the same reliable standard.

MONYO Story
2014 - Company Formation
In 2014, MONYO was officially established, marking the beginning of the company's first genuine operational period on Maglódi Street. This was the point when brewing transitioned from experimentation to a structured, corporate setting. The initial facility was not only a manufacturing site but also the foundation upon which the brand could be built later.
2019 - An Investor Arrives

Annual cooking/manufacturing capacity
Our production facility has an annual capacity of 12,000 hl, flexibly adaptable for both beer and carbonated soft drink production ratios. Our production capacity is expandable.
Fermentation capacity
Our production facility has a total fermentation capacity of 900 hl, composed of a combination of fermenters in 20, 40, and 60 hl sizes.
A variety of beer and soft drinks annually
Each year, we develop and release over 35 different new beer and soft drink products under the MONYO brand and those of our partners, with a corporate, professional yet friendly approach.
Innovation Rate
Over 70% of our beer and soft drink product range is completely renewed each year through the development of our core assortment and the introduction of limited edition novelties.

In 2021, we moved into a new, self-owned facility where we work with modern equipment. Our brewhouse, fermentation area, in-house laboratory, automated packaging, and spacious storage capacity collectively ensure that we consistently meet the most demanding customer and business partner expectations.
