India Pale Ale
MONYO IPA is a light yet characterful IPA that serves as a perfect entry point into the world of hoppy beers. With an alcohol content of 4.6%, it is fresh, clean, and easy to drink, with a mild maltiness that gives it body but keeps the focus squarely on the hops.
The Mosaic brings tropical and citrus tones and fruity layers (mango, guava, tangerine, even a hint of blueberry), the Chinook adds its classic, resinous-pine edge and grapefruit notes, while the Amarillo rounds it all off with orange–floral aromas (orange blossom, grapefruit, apricot/peach sensation).
The result: a citrusy, floral, slightly pine-like aroma, fresh sip, and a clean hoppy finish.

The MONYO Pils is a classic Czech pilsner character: light, but not empty, and precisely elegant because everything is in its place. The crisp, clean sip sensation is no accident for us - thanks to our special water treatment system, we can produce a water profile that evokes the world of Czech pilsners with the softer, cleaner character of mountain spring water.
This is complemented by the bready-malty base and the delicate balance of Saaz noble hops: fresh, dry, and very 'round' in profile, with a pleasant, clean bitterness at the end. It works in both warmth and cold because it's not tiring - rather, it invites the next sip.
This is no coincidence: the MONYO Pils won the Gold Medal – Best Lager award at the 2024 Central European Brewers Conference.
