The Flying Rabbit is perhaps the most well-known Hungarian craft IPA, and an essential part of our brewery's core range, being our best-selling, most popular product.
A modern, fruitily aromatic IPA that is both fresh and bold: vivid citrus and tropical notes come through in the aroma, while a round body and a clean, hoppy finish hold it all together. Born to soar.
The backbone of the hop profile is provided by Citra and Centennial: Citra brings intense citrus-tropical aromas (lime, grapefruit, mango, passion fruit) and a "juicy" character, while Centennial adds a more classic, piney-floral line with an orangey citrus and a drier, clean finish. The amber color and pleasantly full, slightly biscuity-toasty feel are given by the roasted malt in the malt profile—this is the additional layer that specifically evokes the world of East Coast IPAs.
This makes the Flying Rabbit both easily lovable and distinctive: a true MONYO standard that is great to return to again and again.

Double IPA
Dead Rabbit is a West Coast style, cold-hopped double IPA—the second best-selling and most popular MONYO item after Flying Rabbit. With 8.3% alcohol, it's not just "hoppy", it really packs a punch: with the double IPA comes the double buzz too, while staying characteristically clean and drinkable. In terms of price, it's just a step above Flying Rabbit, but in terms of experience, it's a size larger—thus the excellent value for money.
The hop trio brings the character: Citra delivers the explosive citrus-tropical aroma (grapefruit, lime, mango), Centennial adds the more classic pine-floral, orange peel line and the dryer finish, while Amarillo rounds off the aroma with sweet orange and peach tones. Aromatically fruity, definitely bitter-hoppy in the sip, and finishes clearly "West Coast".
Exactly the beer for when you want a step more than a regular IPA.

Cyber Rabbit

Új-Angliai IPA
This is the future, where tranquility and the old world are things of the past: Cyber Rabbit is the modern craft's "basic state." New England IPA (NEIPA), meaning unfiltered and hazy, with a silky smooth, distinctly fruity and floral aroma — minimal bitterness, maximum fragrance. Easy to drink, yet intense: an IPA that does not bite but embraces warmly.
The hops truly dominate here. Citra brings the fresh citrus-tropical explosion (lime, grapefruit, mango), Mosaic adds a complex, "juicy" fruitiness (tangerine, berry nuances, tropical mix), and El Dorado rounds it off in a sweeter fruity direction (pear, watermelon, peach-pineapple tones). Centennial provides the backbone: a fine orange peel-citrus quality and a clean finish, so the many aromas don't fall apart.
Starting March 2026, we brew with a renewed recipe: thanks to the more modern hopping technique, Cyber Rabbit is now even clearer, tighter, and more precisely tuned. The same hazy, juicy, fruity NEIPA character you love remains, just in a more organized, focused form. Still soft and juicy, but now the citrus-tropical aromas present themselves even more beautifully in the glass.
The result: hazy, fruity-floral in aroma, creamy and soft in sip, and fresh and clean at the end — a true, modern NEIPA experience in MONYO style.

Cherry ALE
Cherry Hero, the fruitiest member of the Core assortment, is the first Hero: it contains no twists, just pure, flavorful cherries and a perfectly balanced beer-fruit harmony. It's packed with cherries, so its aroma immediately feels like biting into freshly harvested cherries, while the sip is both sweetly rounded and subtly tangy, just the way cherries should be.
Since March 2026, Cherry Hero has been revamped to enhance all the qualities we've always loved about it. Through a deliberate recipe refresh, we fine-tuned the overall picture to allow the cherry character to appear more clearly, directly, and focused. The same easy-to-love, fruity base remains, but now in a fresher, more modern, and organized form. The new version is more dynamic, tighter, and harmonious: the cherries still dominate, but the flavors arrive more clearly, the sip is more cohesive. It's not a compromise, but an advancement—a precisely tuned Cherry Hero that operates with the same bold attitude, only now even better.
Bitterness is virtually nonexistent, and the 4.3% ABV makes it specifically light and refreshing: ice-cold in summer, it's life-saving; in winter, it's a friendly, fruity comfort beer. It's like sipping freshly filtered cherry juice - only it's beer, refreshingly, irresistibly over and over.

Mango ALE
Mango Hero, the sunshine in the Core lineup: ripe, juicy mango from the first sip to the last. The second member of the Hero family alongside Cherry Hero — our Hero beers distinctly bring the fruity, sweet, and refreshing line. There's no unnecessary twist and no bitterness: just pure, intense fruit aroma and round, sweet mango flavor balanced by a fine, refreshing acidity.
With a low 4.5% ABV, it's a light, very "craveable" beer: a lifesaver ice-cold in the summer, and a fruity comfort beer in the winter. It's like drinking mango nectar — just as a beer, lighter, and more elegantly.

Invisible Bikini
Robust
Many may think of stout as a winter beer, but in reality, it is a year-round comfort genre — just enjoyed differently at various times. Invisible Bikini brings a creamy, full-bodied sip sensation, with roasted malt depth: coffee, cocoa, and slightly chocolatey aromas, complemented by a touch of toasted bread crust character. The scent is immediately “dark”: warm, roasted, dessert-like, while the finish remains clean and easily drinkable.
In the cold, it is a true warmer, and in the heat, surprisingly refreshing—especially if you request it well-chilled: the roasted notes then sit more cleanly and dryly, without weighing down the sip. That's why it's good to drink stout: it's full-bodied and characterful, yet not overpowering; a beer that is simultaneously a “dessert” and “coffee” experience, just as a beer. American Light Lager
The White Tiger is one of the lightest beers in the MONYO family: a low-carb, low-ABV American Light Lager that focuses on freshness and a simple, clean drinking experience. With a feather-light body, subtle hoppiness, and crystal-clear lager character, it's just the beer you can pour repeatedly without a second thought.
During fermentation, the yeast processed almost all the sugars, resulting in a beer that is dry, light, and low in calories. It's a lager that fits smoothly into an active day or even a lighter diet.
An ideal companion for mowing the lawn, barbecuing in the garden, or hot summer days when high alcohol content isn't important, but rather, that it goes down well. Light, refreshing, and dangerously drinkable - because as quickly as it comes, that's how quickly it disappears.

Strawberry Wheat Beer
The Strawberry Crab is a light wheat beer with only 3.2% ABV, designed for a refreshing, fruity drinking experience. Its bright color, soft body, and fresh aromas provide a light, summery character from the first sip.

The hop profile truly shines here: Columbus provides the robust, “old school” bitter backbone and resinous-spicy character; Cascade and Centennial deliver the classic grapefruit-orange peel citrus and a clean finish; Mosaic adds modern, more complex fruity aromas, making it strong yet intriguing.

Gluten-Free Sour Cherry ALE
The gluten-free Cherry Hero has arrived: the same luscious, cherry-flavored Hero experience, now available to even more people. The recipe's character intentionally remains unchanged—our goal was to capture the same fruity aroma, sweet-tart balance, and easy drinkability as the original. With 4.3% ABV, it's refreshingly crisp, without bitterness, offering a true 'cherry juice effect' in beer.
The gluten-free process is achieved through a special fermentation technique, ensuring the taste experience remains while the gluten content is reduced below the threshold.
Officially gluten-free: tested by ELISA method, and according to EU regulations, produced with gluten content below 20 mg/kg. (Each batch undergoes individual testing.)
Alongside the Grumpy Octopus gluten-free West Coast IPA, this is our other core range gluten-free beer—ensuring a truly complete gluten-free MONYO experience. The West Coast IPA delivers the traditional, more bitter, hoppy direction; while the gluten-free Cherry Hero offers the fruity, sweet, silky, non-bitter side. And if you're looking for the classic version, the 'regular' Cherry Hero is still available—choose the one that's best for you.
