The format is suitable for smaller teams as well as larger corporate groups, functioning just as effectively as an informal team day or as a more structured, facilitated program. The focus is always on active participation, ensuring participants have a genuine shared experience by the end of the program.

We have been executing team building events for years in collaboration with our professional partner, Blueberry Team Building, offering programs specifically optimized for operational and beer-themed content. The benefit of this partnership is that the content is professionally facilitated, and the execution runs smoothly and routinely – with MONYO providing the venue, background, and drink experience. The program theme and structure can be customized to meet needs (beer focus, unique themes, group dynamics, playful or training-style elements).

Simple Organization, Single Point of Contact

Organization starts with us: you provide the number of participants, objectives, time frame, and preferred type of program, and we handle all coordination with Blueberry. This means the whole process goes through a single point of contact, quickly and transparently. Based on experience, it’s advisable to book approximately 1.5 months in advance to ensure the desired date and program structure can be accommodated. If you provide the planned number of participants and time frame, we will suggest the most effective format and the next steps.
